Tatiana is from Lima, Peru, but she grew up in Bellavista - Callao. A nice town near the First Port in Peru. She went to Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazón and obtained a Bachelor Degree in Education with a major in Special Education. She has 20 years of experience working with children in EC and primary. The first 4 years of her career she worked with children with special needs. Then she worked in Huaraz, a small town in the highlands of Peru, and had experience with elementary children from there. The past 10 years she had experience working in IB schools from Peru (Davy College in Cajamarca and Euroamerican College in Pachacamac - Lima). She is passionate about traveling, dancing and reading. She loves to go to many places in her country and meet people from there. She likes to explore new places and learn the traditions from the places visited. In her free time she loves to read romance novels, and dance like Zumba. She belongs to a Peruvian dance group called Mi Peru Minnesota and performs typical dances from her country. This is her 2nd year in ISLA and is very excited to work in Special Education.
