This workshop is based on Latin rythms such as Zumba, merengue, bachata, salsa, etc. Dancing is an aerobic form of exercise which has a lot of physical benefits. It also helps with the child's development and improves some of these relevant aspects: coordination, mood, and range of motion. In this class, we will actually use the body as an instruments of expression and communication. Students will be able to feel confident in a comfortable atmosphere. The last class will be a performance for family and friends! Our classes run from 1st through 6th grade (we will split groups depending on the age.) VAMOS A BAILAR!!!!
