My name is Tatiana Gonzalez. I’m originally from Asunción, Paraguay, located in the heart of South America. I am an Early Education teacher with a bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology and over 18 years of experience teaching at the elementary level. I began my journey in Minnesota in 2019, where I’ve had the privilege of working in a Spanish Immersion School. I spent three years teaching first grade, served as an academic specialist, and most recently taught second grade. This year, I’m thrilled to return to my true passion teaching kindergarten. Currently, I’m pursuing a master’s degree in Special Education at Southwest Minnesota State University. I’m deeply committed to fostering inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments for all students. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy experiencing Minnesota’s beautiful four seasons, exploring new coffee shops, and traveling whenever I can. I’m also a proud member of a cultural dance group called Mi Perú, where I get to express my love for dance and connect with diverse communities. I’m excited for the year ahead and look forward to growing and learning alongside my students!
