Brianna is excited to join the ISLA team as an Academic Support teacher helping students develop their English language and reading skills. She has 13 years experience teaching in middle and elementary schools. She attended Pepperdine University for her undergraduate studies, holds an M.Ed. in English Education from the University of Minnesota and earned a MN K-12 Reading License through the program at Hamline University. Outside of school she loves reading, cooking and spending time with her husband and two children. Together, they love to travel, hike, attend orchestra concerts, visit museums and parks, and participate in events at ISLA!
