Do you love how involved ISLA parents are in our school? Do you love the Fiesta de la Primavera and all it contributes to ISLA’s success? Are you starting to think about the transition to Junior High School and the Hopkins School District?
The Hopkins Education Foundation (HEF) is the Hopkins’ district equivalent of the ISLA PTO. It funds projects at all Hopkins schools. Their annual “Fiesta” equivalent is called the Royal Bash. This year it’s scheduled for Saturday, February 24, starting at 6:00pm for bidding and dinner.
We would love to see current and former ISLA families get involved in the Royal Bash, and in HEF. To encourage families to do so, a group of ISLA parents are getting tickets together for the Royal Bash. We hope to have several tables and be able to fully represent ISLA families and all we have to offer the district as we transition our students into the Juntos program. Tickets start at $100 per person, and they sell out every year. Go to https://hef.ejoinme.org/RB2018 and register today! Just put “ISLA” in the school section and you’ll be seated with other ISLA families.
