Come join us for the Kinder Animalísimo camp this summer and discover everything about animales en español! We will be equipped with tons of fun activities for entering kindergartners with the theme of animals while immersing campers in the Spanish language. Some of the activities include crafts, animal masks, face painting, singing Spanish songs& much, much more! This will also be a time to experience some fun Hispanic outdoor games and to enjoy the summery air together!

Do you want to change the world? Wondering where to start? Sustain-ABILITIES Camp at ISLA will inspire and guide campers on how to improve their own lives as well as the world around them. We will discover the amazing technology of the green movement and how to make treasures from “trash.” Lovers of plants and animals will transform into champions for nature. Campers will explore the ideas of conservation, preservation and appreciation for our natural resources. We will even leave campus to explore these concepts in action in our local community. This unique Spanish immersion camp will give you the (sustain)-ABILITIES to make our world a better place!

2021 Yearbook

Greetings ISLA Families!

I’m pleased to announce that a small team of us has begun working on the 2020-21 yearbook. We’ve got some changes in the works and I think it will make the yearbook even more awesome!

First, we’ve switched companies. We’ll be using a company called TreeRing, there’s a few key changes that come with this transition that are very exciting!

  • TreeRing is a company committed to the environment. They partner with Trees for the Future and for every yearbook ordered, a tree is planted.
  • They do not require us to order a minimum amount of yearbooks. In fact, they also have flexibility so that if you miss the order deadline, you can still place an order directly with them and simply pay extra to have it shipped to your home.
  • We have the opportunity to allow our 6th graders to have 2 custom pages in their yearbooks. This is a new level of personalization and we think they will love it!

Some things that won’t be changing include having the kinder and 6th graders draw their pictures, this is always such a fun part of the yearbook! The 6th grade drawings will transition to the interior of the book and this will give students a chance to actually “autograph” their drawing in each others yearbooks.

Finally, we need your photos! Below you’ll find links to the dropbox requests for images. Please note, each grade has it’s own dropbox.
