Liz Crouse is an attorney with a background in corporate governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. Before staying home full time with her two children, Liz practiced corporate law at a large law firm in Minneapolis and served as a law clerk for the Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court. Liz also served for five years on the board of directors of a Minnesota nonprofit organization, HandsOn Twin Cities, including two years as secretary of the board. Liz earned her undergraduate degree in history from Carleton College and her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. She has a daughter and son attending ISLA. Liz sits on ISLA’s Governance Committee.
