Jen Jouppi is originally from La Crosse, WI. She started out with a degree in Biology from UNLV, but realized that was not where her passion lied. She began a career with Romano’s Macaroni Grill in management and enjoyed being in a fast paced and exciting field. After 10 years in Las Vegas, she moved back to Minnesota to be closer to her family and begin a family of her own. After her daughter Riley started school at ISLA she took the job as the bookkeeper and has enjoyed the excitement and challenge of working in a school. She enjoys cooking, baking, doing crafts and photography, and hopes to begin traveling more with her family in the coming years. She is looking forward to becoming more fluent in Spanish with the help of the students and staff here at ISLA.
